At the Medina Valley United Methodist Church

Date: Saturday, April 24, 2010 (no rain date)
Time: 10 am – 4 pm Setup: 8:00 - 9:30 am
1. Fee for vender space is $20.00 for a 10x10,or $30.00 for 10x20
(Not for profit organizations may have a 10x10 space for FREE)
2. The fair is located on a level grassy field with no shade or electricity. Bring your
own tent or pop-up, table and chairs. Trucks and trailers allowed on grounds until
9:45ish. Space is available in the fellowship hall for those in scooters, wheelchairs
or strollers and others who might need a rest but not for vending. The fair grounds
are next to the church about 500 yards North of US HWY 90. The church is behind
the Pizza Hut, just turn at the light between the bank and gas station. There will be
food and drinks available, as well as game booths, live music & shows, a book fair,
so bring the family. (Small dogs on leashes or in pens are welcome in vendors tents.)

Post 460, R & R Restaurant and the Amazing Grace Lutheran Church.
3. Please send your check and the Faire Registration Form with a self-addressed
stamped envelope and a brief description of what you plan to sell (photos are
acceptable.) An envelope is mandatory for prompt reply of acceptance. Deadline
for reservations is April 20th, 2010.
If you do not get your registration in on time and you give us a call, we will
make every effort to provide spaces up until the last minute. Photocopies
of registration form are acceptable.
4. All forms of arts and crafts, antique dealers and vendors are welcome. (No
garage sale items, or inappropriate materials, if unsure call, (830) 538-9182.
5. Period costume encouraged but not required. You can be a pirate, a gypsy, a
roman, a knight, a troll, a wizard, or a princess but please remember this is a family
event.
6. Medina Valley United Methodist Church is not responsible for damage and/or
theft of exhibitor’s property. The exhibitor is responsible for their own moneys and
taxes for the items sold.
